According to the terms of this agreement, the user/visitors fully understands and agrees that the use of MK Web Solutions products and services are at the user’s sole risk, and that the user will be solely responsible for any damage to his/her computer system or loss of data resulting from the use of such product(s), service(s) and/or data. MK Web Solutions Service and products are intended for use at user’s own discretion and therefore cannot be reproduced or redistributed without prior written agreement with MK Web Solutions. Source code is considered property of MK Web Solutions unless other is negotiated and agreed upon in written form.
The user understands and agrees that MK Web Solutions’s products and services are provided “AS IS”, therefore, MK Web Solutions disclaims all warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. MK Web Solutions makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products and/or services.
MK Web Solutions shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind that result from the use of or the inability to use MK Web Solutions products and/or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, data or other intangibles, even if MK Web Solutions had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
